The great Commission

WCS Gospel Radio was created in 2017, in response to a need by the Caribbean Christian Community in Georgia USA. Our main desire is to expose the world to Caribbean Gospel Music, which includes Reggae, Soca, Calypso, and Dance hall. 

There was a time when Caribbean gospel music was not heard at all outside of the Caribbean islands, this allowed for counterfeit music to be made and marketed as Caribbean music. The rich pool of talent coming out of the Caribbean is vast, and expanding every day, gone were the days when you could count Caribbean gospel artists on one hand.

Also because of migration to western countries like the USA and England, the influence of Caribbean music on a whole has broadened quite a bit. Years ago we had Joseph Niles out of Barbados, Harella Goodwin from St. Croix, The regenerated Singers out of Tortola, and The grace thrillers out of Jamaica, and not many more.

Today the new kids on the block, are young talented and anointed, to say the least, leading the pack are people like Samuel Medas out of Guyana, Jeron Nurse out of Trinidad, George Nooks out of Jamaica, Joshua Ali, from Trinidad Nikki Rymple, Jewel Artrene, and many more like Chevelle Franklyn, Marvia Providence, and Sandra Brooks, Kevin Heath, Kevin Downswell, Rondel Positive and Positive just to name a few.

We aim to bring the very best that the Caribbean has to offer, in style and substance. Our genre of music stems from Calypso, Soca, Dancehall, Zouk, and Reggae. Please share our vision to spread the Gospel to the world with the rhythmic sounds of Caribbean gospel Music. Wcs gospel Radio, giving God praise every time.
